Anyone into overseas property as an investment?
Talking to a guy in my Wife's home town, Myrtle Beach South Carolina who has a couple of properties he wants to sell. This is a prime tourist destination and a golfers mecca. There is a new $400million Hard Rock Cafe theme park under developement now opening in 2008.
This place has over 120 golf courses and attracts in excess of 16 million visitors a year and growing!
It also has its own International airport (if you count Canada as international)
