Service is top class, price is not rock bottom but I dont know about you but I am happy to pay a little more to know I can get hold of a human if I make a mess of something rather than be fobbed off by an overseas call centre for the sake of £1 a month or whatever extra it might be to the cheapest deal out there.

I know all the servers are based in a UK data-centre.
