any tech advice for care agency

Hi people
Im looking for any Free advice , templates, software and experienced views regarding domicillary/ homecare agencies.Ive started a care agency registered with csci , insured and ready to run but due to unforseen circumstances am out of sufficient funds to get care package software so am trawling the net and googling for templates for all aspects of the business from application forms , accounting, invoicing software, hr software , advertising ideas you name it id be gratfull for it.
Ive spent a lot of years caring for people and had just put a offer on a farmhouse to convert to care home but the mortgage didnt go thru and the auction house took my 50 grand deposit ,so please please help me if you can with this as I have no regular income at moment .

Im terms of the software side of things, one option you can try is Open Source software, this is usually free of charge and most of the time is quite good. Some software packages actually give the major software brands a good run for their money!
one website where you might be able to find these types of software is www.sourceforge.net. I am assuming that you have Micorsoft Windows as your operating system? The other option would be to have a pc that is Linux based, similar look and feel to an Apple Mac, most of the software apps are free of charge again!
