Hi i have two websites

I have run this site for a couple of years i get a reasonable amount of traffic without adwords around 200 hits a day but not converting no where near as much as i would like around 3 a day which i feel is bad
is it the website or is it my price? or is this normal?
My second site is new http://www.irongatecompany.co.uk
this is a new site and does not rank well yet i got 20 hits yesterday so far have converted one sale in a month
any comments would be appreciated
