I have just found out that I need to do an annual return for my Ltd company. Do I do that or does my accountant do that? Or is it the company secretaries job?

Hi Jon, You're the one responsible for it so you wear it if it's not done! If it's just the Annual Return requiring office bearers names and number of shares allocated, just do it yourself. Your accountant can do it, but of course you'll be charged for it.
