I want to start a welfare to work business but how should i go about doing that?Should I put an expression of interest in to Companies who win the work programme? Would they consider a proposal of myself to deliver the service or do I need a team?

I am very passionate about starting my own business within this area,I have been considering this for a while but know i am not even should how to therefore, have put the idea to the back of my mind.

Any advice is much appreciate
