Abram TillingAbe has always had SMEs in the blood. Born and bred in Yorkshire, the son of a self employed milkman, he spent his youth in and around the Yorkshire Dales.

With family made up of self employed builders, carpenters, roofers, graphic designers, consultants, retailers, B&B owners & farming small holders, Abe left school at 16, but then went on to achieve BSc in Finance in his mid thirties. Then, in 2010, had the rare opportunity to spend 4 weeks studying at INSEAD, Royal Fontainebleau, France.

Abe has undertaken numerous roles with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group/NatWest, from cashier in small branches in and around the Yorkshire Dales, to Branch Manager, to Business Relationship Manager. He moved south in 1999, and now looks after NatWest Business Banking in London and the South East.

Married with 3 young children, he is a keen leisure mountain biker, fell walker and enjoys dabbling in kayaking.
