I am opening up a Coffee Shop in February 08 and would like to be able to sell alcohol in the near furture. As there is a flat above would this pose a problem and how do I go about getting further information on this and also A3 usage on what I can and cannot do/have with this licence. I have tried my local council office and every person I speak to seems to have a different opinion. Time is drawing near for me sign the 10 year lease and obviously I want to get everything sorted out before then. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
