hi
im thinking about opening up an internet cafe. however, i need to know just what will an A1 license allow me to sell (without needing to apply for A3).
eg.
1. can i buy a packet of biscuits, open it up then sell each biscuit individually?
2. can i buy a loaf of bread. butter each slice up and then sell each slice?
3. can we sell ready cooked (cold) chicken and fill it in a sandwich?
4. can we heat up some food in a microwave and sell it in an A1 shop.
note all the above examples are carried out inside the A1 shop.
thanx.

I would have a chat to the planning office at your local council. Mine sent me out a list of all the licenses and what I can do under each.
This way if you get it from the horses mouth so to speak, you can be confident that no one will have reason to complain once you are open.
All the best,
Belinda

Please!!! did you get that gold list? could you send it to me? dalia@grupolandeta.es please! please! I have been more than one week trying to understand is I can cook my omelletes in a A1. Where I have coffee is A1 and they cook English Breakfast, I want to cook Spanish breakfast Town Hall website says no, but agencies and landlords say yes, you can cook, but with some limitations. Nobody explain clearly these 'limitations'. And I can NOT afford an A3 use in Central London. My dream depends on the subjet A1-A3 or even A5. thanks!!
