I want to get some things clear regarding running a Ltd company. This is new to me so a bit daunting!
1. Do I need to ever have a board meeting if there is just one director?
2. Given one directory, is everything done by written resolution instead of board meeting?
3. When decisions are made by written resolution, does this mean the company secretary and director do not have to meet but its done by post?
4. At the AGM, are minutes made and if so about what?
