Most definately. But the integral difference is that an 'in-house' mistake is not one that we are judged by because we can usually rectify it before critical eyes find it. An error that slips through into the public eye is one that can have severe ramifications.
But it was just a small point. You'll note my original post now reads slightly different.:-)
