I have an idea for a new business. And I have a couple of questions:

If I were to print stationary (ie Pens, Mugs etc) pertaining to a specific place (Exmoor or Dartmoor) would I have to get permission/licence of any sort to sell this?

I am already a sole trader, can I have another business besides?
