The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is offering a programme of workshops throughout Spring to give small firms a better understanding of employment legislation. The Law on Tour sessions will look at new rules relating to unfair dismissal and disciplinary procedures which will come into force in October. Twelve sessions will be held in destinations such as London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol, Birmingham and Leicester.
