i'M CONSIDERING PROVIDING A RELOCATION PROPERTY CONSULTANCY FOR INDIVIDUALS WISHING TO BUY OR RENT A NEW HOME IN THE MIDLANDS. ESTATE AGENTS ACT FOR THE VENDOR BUT NEVER ON BEHALF OF THE BUYER. CURRENTLY THERE ARE SEVERAL COMPANIES WITHIN THE LONDON AREA OFFERING THIS SERVICE BUT LITTLE OR NO COMPETITION WITHIN THE MIDLANDS AREA.
AS INDIVIDUALS CONSIDER MOVING BUT EITHER DONT HAVE THE TIME OR RESOURCES TO VIEW ENDLESS PROPERTIES AND IN SOME CASES MAY WELL BE MOVING TO A NEW AREA OF WHICH THEY KNOW VERY LITTLE ABOUT.
AFTER AN INITIAL MEETING TO ESTABLISH THE IDEAL PROPERTY FOR THE CLIENT INCLUDING LOCATION, SCHOOLING ETC. PROPERTIES ARE SOUCED FROM VARIOUS AGENTS BUILDERS ETC AND HAVING BEEN PREVIOUSLY VIEWED BY US WOULD BE INTRODUCED TO THE CLIENT FOR CONSIDERATION.
iF A SUITABLE HOME IS FOUND WE WOULD THEN NEGOTIATE THE BEST PRICE POSSIBLE ON BEHALF OF THE CLIENT, THEREFORE IN MOST CASES SAVING THEM MONEY,
A PERSONAL HANDS ON SERVICE SIMILAR TO THE POPULAR TELEVISION SERIES RELOCATION RELOCATION RELOCATION .
ADDITIONAL SERVICES WOULD ALSO BE AVAILABLE SUCH AS LINKS WITH SOLICITORS, SURVEYORS, MORTGAGES AND REMOVAL COMPANIES.
CLIENTS WOULD BE SOURCED FROM LOCAL ADVERTISING AND FROM CORPORATE EMPLOYEE TRANSFERS.
FEES WOULD BE GENERATED FROM INITIAL REGISTRATION ACTING FOR THE CLIENT FOR 6 MONTHS AND THEN A FINAL %FEE ON SUCCESSFUL PURCHASE PRICE.
I AM LED TO BELIEVE THAT THE MAJORITY OF COMPANIES OFFERING THIS SERVICE ARE NOT SERIOUS PLAYERS AND IN SOME CASES SET UP THE BUSINESS AS AN ADD ON OR SOMETHING FOR THEIR PARTNER TO DO, IN WHICH CASE LESS THAN 5% OF THESE COMPANIES MAKE IN EXCESS OF £70K PER YEAR.
