I'm just new to this forum.
I am in early thoughts about setting up an employment/recruitment/temporary agency.
If anyone could provide any information or websites, where I could obtain general information. I would be very grateful

Like I said I am quite new to all of this and want to find out everthing to see of it would be a viable option for me.

Why recruitment? Do you have any experience? What market are you focusing on? What are your goals?
Just to let you know I am a partner in a recruitment firm that started 18mths ago that is now doing well but not well enough for 3 partners to retire or even take life easy yet.

I was wondering if you could tell me how you managed to get into this industry if possible. did you work in this sector and decide to them branch out on your own.

I saw your details on start-ups plus regarding starting a recruitment consultancy. Let me introduce myself, my name is Stephanie I am the Divisional Manager for The Carrington Blake Group I manage the Recruitment Partners division.
We are an established recruitment agency, have been operating for over 3 years now and have managed to secure major clients and contacts within the public Sector and NHS we are currently using our expertise to help set others who have either worked within the recruitment industry of have an interest in the area with their Own recruitment consultancies.
You don’t necessary need to have the experience to start your own consultancy, however we do provide basic training manuals and also have work-shop training sessions for all our members, allowing them to network and develop their skills.
