Hi Everyone,
I know there have already been a number of posts about this subject, but I would like to get as much advice as I can get prior to 'taking the plunge'.
I'm 24 years old and own four rental properties. I feel that I would be more than capable of managing them much better than the agents are doing at the moment. I'm sure I'm not the only person in Manchester that feels this way, and so want to start a letting agent that is as interested in looking after the landlords as the tenants, and I feel that a high level of customer service to both landlords and tenants would allow me to stand out from the high street agents. The main reason I haven't already started is finance. I have a small amount to invest, but that would only last a couple of months. Business Link seem unable to assist.
Any advice is wholeheartedly welcome.
