Hi,

One of our projects next year is going to be www.parklaneshoppingcentre.com and wanted to hear peoples views, and as start up businesses if this is something you would get involved in.

The idea is a virtual shopping centre. We as such become virtual landlords, in a similar way to ebay stores, you would have your own virtual shop, shopping cart and domain name that we supply.

Visitors to the main store will have a directory of stores and you can have new products featured on the main entrance to the store.

You would have your own admin section to easily add/edit and manage shop listings.

Ideally targeted at retaillers who just will have to promote their products rather than worry about website design and shopping carts. We will bring further traffic to your website and plan to market the site through different marketing mediums.

There will be a small monthly fee and a small %age of your sales taken. ie. I am looking to charge shops £10-£20 a month plus 5% of sold items.

Would this be something that people would use or be interested in, or am i wasting my time?

Is there anyone who sees this as an opportunity and would like to get involved in the development of this project too?

I would see this working along side another part of this idea through www.secretbusinesspartner.com offering the retailer business 2 business services such as tax/ and business advice who would welcome discounted business service advice.

Your thoughts and ideas are welcomed, thank you in advance,

Ronnie
