My name is Jamie Webb and I'm a final year student at Bournemouth university. I'm studying business start-ups for my dissertation, I was wondering if anyone could help me by informing me of what they believe makes a successful business start up. In particular, I'm looking for strategic things that drive success like location, furnishings, quality of product and service and staff.
