The Office of the Deputy PM (or Big John's place) has recently published "Renewing and Ending Business Leases: a guide for tenants and landlords" Its aim is to give a brief summary for tenants and landlords of business premises and outlines some of the relevant areas of The Landlord and Tenants Act 1954 (Part 2). Also, it can be useful for people considering starting a business where they wish to lease business premises.
