Paid Website Research - on behalf of the Small Business Service.
The Web Usability Partnership is a research organisation specialising in making our clients web sites more effective (more about us on our web site http://www.webusability.co.uk) . We undertake web site testing for Government and private sector organisation websites and we recruit people to help test the sites.
At the moment we are conducting some research on a prototype business tool and are looking for people who own and run a Small/Medium sized business, which is no more than one year old. Also people who are 'pre-start up' too. We’re interested in hearing from people who have experience in using online tools, e.g. use internet banking. The research is quite simple. It will involve attending a location in Central London and spending approximately 45 minutes giving feedback. There's no prep work in advance, and no subsequent commitments.
Why should anyone want to do this? Well:
· We will pay the tester £50 + travel expenses (max £10.)
· It will be helping to improve a web site that should be valuable to people like the testers. · And it's quite fun!
The research will take place on Thursday 19th January 2006. Testers will be given a specific time slot.
If you are interested in participating please contact me and we can discuss further details.
Many thanks.
