I launched my company about 18 months ago and so far it has been success. Our current marketing strategy, be it slow and painful is working but I am now looking for new and fresh ideas to push my company in front of clients. I would like to concentrate on offline marketing only but will consider online, but it needs to be outstanding
I am looking for an individual or company that can come up with unique and interesting ideas that will help grow my business. My current client base at the moment is solicitors but there is a possibility this will expand to the entire UK by the middle of next year.
I have been approached my other marketing individuals and companies before but to no avail. They have suggested some great ideas but have been unable to deliver.
I am realistic about with what I would like to achieve so if you think you could help and would like to discuss things further please get in touch.

I have had a look at your previous posts and can see that you have been cold calling, which is totally the right thing to be doing.
Have you ever thought of trying to get affiliated with an estate agent, each time someone makes an offer on one of their properties, they get reffered to you, in order to carry the searches out. Naturally they would get a percentage of each search. If you could find some good quality busy estate agencies, there could be good potential.
YOu would probably have to cold call in order to demonstrate the product to the agent. I think people would go for it as solictors are so slow when it comes to this sort of thing.

iceman9080 Thanks for the suggestion but getting an estate agent on board is harder then getting Solicitors, I know you may find this hard to believe but for some reason estate agents are not as forth coming. I have only spent a short space of time trying to contacted estate agents but I think I need to spend more time and give it a fair crack of the whip. Thanks

The new HIP packs will mean that few estate agents will want to help you with this as they will be operating in the same market. Best to approach house sellers direct as many will want to provide their own searches as part of the packs.

Thanks for the comments but this may not be the case. Most of the big estate agents yes I agree but when talking to the small estate agents they don’t want to get involved and don’t want the hassle of setting up Hip’s so they would instruct me to do so.
Hips is a whole other issue, not even sure if its going to happen, the government has been changing things for a while now so we will just have to wait and see on that
