Hello Martin,
What you are trying to achieve is difficult and I have had the same problem, to have my own labels in my t-shirts.
I have found companys willing to do it but like the gentlemen above said India, China and the like, but they require a 5000 minimum order and if you wish to have your own label then 10,000 is the minimum and the price runs in to the thousands.
I have been using transfer press method I give my design to my designer and he has all the cadcut machinery and heat press and then he prints it, my designs but not my labels. These are good for small runs, but many people prefer the screen printing.
With screen printing you have set up costs for each screen and for each colour of your designs.
This company I believe will make transfers up of your designs and will also provide you with t-shirts as well www.targettransfers.com
What kind of style of design are you going to be using on your t-shirts?
Good luck with your venture and if you find out about labels keep us posted.
Tom

Hi Martin & Tom,
I might have a solution to your problem, re: logo print on t-shirts
I work in UK as an agent for an Austrian printing company.
They DO print logos on T-shirts, NO MINIMUM ORDER.
If you e-mail me your specification, you receive free quote by return.
Arsis-Print is long established business, very reliable, free delivery to UK, no VAT due if your business is VAT registered in UK....
If you interested, please email me.
Thanks
Lola
