We are planning to set up a company providing training services for overseas client and also will make investment overseas through this company. Is there any regulations or particular requirements on this kind of company?

Hi,
You will need to set-up an account that will allow you to make foriegn transactions and make sure all your income is in british pounds.
Make sure your investments are agreed and said address's abroad are register for legal reasons and to cover your back.
