I have an idea for a business that I want to launch. It is a software solution for the recruitment industry, and a completely new concept for the market. I want to protect the idea via a patent or IP protection, and would like some feedback from anyone who has been through this process. In particular, I would like to know how long the process took, did you complete the applciation yourself or use an agent and wha was the cost involved in the filing.
