Hi Birchinio,
Poker website are usually dark, and I don't think that this is an issue. The red hursts a bit the eye though, especially the menu, maybe the text is a bit too small.
I quite like the logo and attention to details, like the newsletter box lighting up when clicking in it. However, if you want to be consistent, you should have the same design on the contact us page, which currently applies a different effect and the corner of the boxes are not rounded like the newsletter one.
Not sure why the small arrow on the left of the newsletter box is lighting up when I hover subscribe.
You should make some checks on the newsletter box since I clicked the subscribe button with no address in it and it said "Added!", also the box disappeared, which looks weird.
I presume you are still in the design phase since the shopping cart is not working. I would recommend though to optimize the site for the search engines before putting it live. For instance, you should not have "home" in the url, the home url should be the domain name.
I think the design looks professional, the only thing that spoils it is the quality of the picture. They do look home made and they kind of ruin the whole design. It goes from pro to a business in a garage. I am sure you could buy some nice pics if you cannot afford a photographer.
I would also improve the footer, this does look a bit empty compare to the usual and I would move the terms and conditions in there, which would give you more space to increase the size of the font of the menu (reference to my previous point above).
Other than the design, I think I would want to have a dedicated page for each equipment with more pictures and description.
In conclusion, very nice design and feeling, a little bit of work left, especially for the pictures, and you have a very nice site!
Good luck !

Thanks rate I appreciate the feedback.
The photos are from pictures that people have taken when they've rented one of our tables at home, since we haven't launched properly yet we don'yt have many and kind of have to put up with what we've got. What do you mean by buying some?
I don't know what you mean by the improving the footer, do you mean ahve a link for Terms and Conditions at the bottom next to the 'Designed by Webfactore'?
By not having home in the URL do you mean it should just say www.feelingflush.co.uk in the address bar when you click 'home'?
Having dedicated pages would cost more I think as we didn't pay a lot for the site and updates are chargable at this point
Thanks a lot for the criticism it's appreciated, anything else you think can be improved I'd love to hear.

I understand that you need the pictures of the actual product in the equipment section but for the gallery, it is more to enrich the aspect of the website.
Some pictures from iStock will do the job nicely:
http://www.istockphoto.com/file_search.php?text=poker&action=file
Regarding the footer, I would add the terms and a privacy section in there since you will probably process payment.
I would also put some sort of copyrights, this makes the website look more professional and serious.
For the home url, yes it should be the domain name only.
Too bad that you do not have a CMS and need to pay for each modification...maybe you might want to look into CMS in the future
Good luck!

I do have a CMS but I can only change text and add images to the gallery, I can't change the footer or anything like that. Nor can I change the images in the slideshow.
Thanks for the tips!
