A franchise advice firm is seeking franchisees of its own to earn up to £900,000 per year spreading its business message.

The Franchise Group aims to recruit new franchisees to act as ‘Franchise Doctors’, advising small businesses on the best way to franchise their operations.

Applicants would pay a one-time fee of £35,000 plus VAT to buy into the brand as a Franchise Partner, or £50,000 plus VAT as a Senior Franchise Partner, who will then be given a host of clients whom they will counsel using the Group’s ‘upside-down’ approach to franchising a business.

The Group claims franchisees can earn between £277,000 to nearly £900,000 a year without the typical business costs of paying monthly management fees, selling, employing staff, buying stock or hiring premises.

“Franchising is growing rapidly as a way for ambitious [small firms] to grow their business without speculatively investing substantial sums of money on sales people or extra branches,” said Peter Finlay, founder and managing director of The Franchise Group.

Finlay has developed the Tan City franchise chain, among others over 25 years in the franchise development industry.
