What are the legality or issues to allow ones business to local up the credit history through credit reference agencies. How does one go about doing this? Thank you.

There are two main credit reference agencies; Equifax & Experian. Visit either of their websites and you will get all the info you need. You may even be able to sign up straight away. You are charged for every search, i think its about £15 ish.
