I put together this website www.businessfilm.co.uk a while back (before really getting into optimisation, I know I made a few blunders). Anyway, I'm currently looking at ways to improve it. Any suggestions? I know its a bit sparce. I could use some fresh eyes to tell me what to do with it.

At a first glance it looks OK to me... video another string to your bow?
If it was my site, I would optimise for "video production" and "video production company" as this is a popular and relevant search phrase that your potential customers would be searching for. I would also add a bit more local text to increase local visitors, since ideally for this type of business, the closer your customers are the better.
Its a pity the web video page doesn't autoplay the video, as some visitors may not notice the click icon for this. For one of my company's clients we used www.flashvideostudio.com to create flash video clips which do allow you to autoplay when loaded, you can see the site at www.kamstkd.com (video gallery section)
