Mortgage Talk has launched a new franchise in Devon, almost 300 miles from its South Yorkshire head office – making it the most geographically removed of the company’s franchises.
Founded in 1991, south Devon based Nigel Green Property Sales and Rentals already has five branches in the area, with a sixth scheduled to open soon. All offices will work closely with Mortgage Talk to ensure the success of the alliance.
