I am prepared to sell the exclusive rights in a product line I developed and successfully took to market. Unfortunately for personal reasons I had to close my business despite being successful, and no longer have the means to re-launch.
The product range itself was, and still is a World beater and in a class of its own.
I am prepared to sell the exclusive rights to this product range including all the knowledge that would see this successfully re-launched.
Alternatively, I am prepared to give a majority shareholding to any individual or group prepared to back a re-launch that I would lead.
This is a seriously genuine offer and a chance to get into a multi million pound industry in the UK alone.
The product took two years to develop and was launched in 2003. I successfully traded for only five months, but in that time was able to win several lucrative contracts and achieve approved supplier status to several government organisations. My first year target was £100,000, during that 5 months I achieved sales of £70,000 and had quoted on a further £45,000 which I unfortunately had to walk away from.
I am not prepared to disclose the nature of this product on an open forum, but it is a niche market and a specialist product.

As the interest is lower than I expected I can only assume that either I am being too vague or there are not many true entrepeneurs out there!
So, to elaborate on the nature of this product....
I call it Ryzer, it is an electrically powered height adjustable desking system. It is the only gangable system in the World (to the best of my knowledge) and is custom built within the parameters of the basic design.
It has a big brother, Ryz-IT which as the name suggests is the IT support variant. This version has incorporated various features including anti-surge power sockets, sliding desktop, hidden cable tray, management rail for support of other accessories such as articulated flat screen monitor support arms. This system also has the option of computer control (hotkey height adjustment) and presets to rember height settings. The standard system has 2000 Newtons of thrust equating to 200 kilos (440lbs) of lifting capacity. Safety features include a safety brake whereby in case of power failure the desk locks in position. In this state it will support 500 kilos (1/2 Tonne)!
The market for this product is many and varied, the basic design principle incorporates multiple variations. DDA legislation has helped stimulate the market for these which I have exploited successfully, supplying several Universities and schools.
Do not be fooled into believing this is a product solely for disabled users. This is a main stream product with niche market appeal. One quotation I was working on was for a laboratory. The spec required chemical resistant worksurfaces and a sink, all to be height adjustable. Another was for a cluster of 10 desks for a call centre.
Hope this clears up any vagueness on my part and generates a little more interest.
