Here's my brief scenario.

I've been working on this technology concept for the last 4 months.

It uses a new wireless technology and will be used for breakdown recovery / fleet tracking along the UK motorway network.

I have spent £700 on 2 x plastic prototype mouldings (on my credit card)

I've written a spec (in conjunction with a partner of mine)

Have a meeting with the Highways Agency next week to show a 'model' and HOPFULLY get some approval to start work on proving a real demo.

Problem is, the development kit i require is £7000 , plus tooling etc for prototype plastics.. I reckon its going to cost around £15K to do this JUST so i can show the Highways a real life demo. What if it goes belly up ?

I dont have £15K to invest .. Any help ?
