Dear Harry
You will need to speak to an accountant and discuss the various issues you face.
I work for a firm of accountants based in Richmond, but work all over for our clients.
If you want to have a chat, please do not hesitate to give me a call.
Best Regards

Scott,
I'm not sure if you've seen my other post, but please could you give me a hand with some advice regarding closing a limited company that has not traded at all. And has had NO money through its books since incorporation... I know I need to complete thhe 652a form to send to companies house, is there anything else and do I need to do a return for corporation tax to revenue and customs even though our accounting period has not started at all...?
Please help!
Many Thanks
Jamie

strictly speaking yes. Have you received a tax return for the company?
Either way, you will need to complete a dormant tax return.
You will need to send the tax return with a covering letter saying that the comapny is dormant and will continue to do so. You will notify companies house if the position changes.
Ask them to close the file for this company.
That should do the trick.
