I have a small 'friends and family' based network of suppliers for clothes and linen. I also have suppliers for services related to outsourcing, software, printing and digital media production.

In your email, please state your requirements in as much detail as possible, obviously including contact details, product / service details, expected volumes, prices, market(s) and timeframes .

The suppliers are mostly small businesses themselves and are therefore more flexible and more concerned about customer care. This may suit you in particular if your volume requirements are low or variable, if your requirements are very specialised, if you need high degree of customisation, if you are having trouble with your present quality/cost balance etc.
