Hello - I am looking to make contact with a UK-based website developer who is proficient in search engine optimisation. My aim is to work with this person to create a series of websites that will promote and market a number of different products including property, vehicles and boats. Each site will be highly targeted to a specific niche - i.e. Jaguar car sales, French farmhouses for sale, UK narrowboats for sale, and I am looking for this person to develop the site (perhaps from a template) and put in place a central database from which can be drawn product into these different sites.

My responsibility will be to get advertisers on board. They will advertise for free. Our revenue will be from actual sales made by the advertisers to qualified leads that we send through to them. What we make from sales will be split 50/50 between us. I already have agreements in place with French agents for farmhouses where we will be able to earn up to 2% of the property sales price.

If we can get the sites ranked highly in Google for a few select keywords we could have a steady flow of leads to send through to advertisers, who in turn can close the sales for us. This is why you need to be pretty hot at getting search engine rankings!

On my part I'm able to help fill the sites with relevant keyworded content. I am a content writer by trade so could produce some good pages for the site.
