My girlfriend is loaning me 10k for the startup. In about 6 months she will join me in the business as an employee, rather than a partner. How do I pay back the money I owe her? I presume as its just capital, I can simply hand her the cash once I have paid normal tax fees rather than paying income tax/NI on it? Assistance much appreciated. Thanks, Paul.
