Now my potential accountant wants to charge me more than double the amount of a formation website to set up a company.

Accountant = 150+ vat
Website 64.95 +vat

What could the differances be?

They have explained that it is down to filling out the forms in the correct manor.

As I understand it there is no longer a need to have a secretary as of april 08 and that a company only needs 1 director.

So are there any differances that I need to know about that an accountant can offer in the formation of a company other than filling out forms
