Can anyone please advise me on how to start a convenience store.

A few questions:

-i.e. what licenses i need to get in order to trade, where i can apply for these licenses.

-How do i go about renting a property and applying for the license at the same time?

-How long does it take to get the license?

-What type of insurance cover do i need to get?

-What are the first steps towards starting this type of business?

I know where i want to operate, and i know what to sell etc, but i need to get the ball rolling in the startup process as i mentioned above.

Basically, i know what i want in the business, i just need to action it and start the business, what do i do?
