Emma,

had a quick look around the site and in general it appears very clear and concise, the one comment I would have is on the Classes page:

this looks a bit cluttered and not the quickest way to find a class - I always like the option of inputting my postcode and the site telling you where the nearest 2 or 3 classes are (that might just be me), as a very amateur webbie I don't know how easy or hard this functionality is to build but a lot of the large retailers seem to use it and I find it very user friendly.

Just my two-penneth worth - good luck with it all anyway.

That's a great comment jktoys (sorry to be impersonal, you didn't leave a name). I totaly agree with what you have said as I often use the function you suggest on other websites myself.

Hi, agree with the previous comments - but like your site. The look and feel of the site I think fits with your audience.

I think you need to include more links to the actual pages where you 'sell' - this will increase your conversions. For example at the end of the page about baby singing you could put a box with a discount offer/information about a baby singing book for sale and a link to your shop.

Other than that like your site and the concept - let us know how you get on!
