Hi, not sure if I'm posting this in the right place as I am looking for recommendations rather than giving them, so sorry if this is wrong. (This is my first post & so hope I will be forgiven!)

I am in the process of setting up a limited company with my business partner. I will be responsible for most of the admin side of the business, i.e. accounts etc. Although I did a basic accounting module during my degree this is really the only experience that I have and so I am looking for some recommendations of books which supply some information on how to keep accounts and other information which needs to be submitted from a limited company.

I have seen a book called 'Running a Limited Company' by David Impey & Nicholas Montague and was wondering if anyone knows if the book is of any use? Also if you have any further recommendations for useful books when starting a limited company.
