I need advise from someone whos been in the game, im basically opening an ice cream/dessert parlour in the city centre and I've never done any business before never mind this, I just need some advise in regards to general running of a place like this and what kind of catering equipment I need... any help appreciate or if you could point me towards a more specialised forum
