Hi all,
I'm doing some research into the profitability and set up of washroom vending machines - i.e. Condom machines, in pubs and clubs.
I don't know any pub or club owners, and I can't seem to find some concrete info.
Are machines bought or rented?
Is a service fee charged and goods supplied/refilled by the service company?
I know roughly how much items are, but how much profit is there per product for the pub owner?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and also any opinions if pub/club owners think these machiines are worth the hassle/low profit?
Thanks
Tom
RE: Washroom Vending Machines - Profit Margin?

Hi Tom,
machines are generally supplied to venues free of charge, and topped up by the vendor to maintain stocks, normally weekly bi weekly visits.
profits are then shared between the venue and the vending machine company. normally around 40-60% profit margins, so 20-30% each party as these are normally 50/50.
Hope this helps
