How many ways are there do you think to grow YOUR business??
1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 500?
Well let me tell you the trick answer…
There are ONLY three ways to grow your business, yes just three.
I guess you want to know what they are now?
Well before I tell you let me give you a massive advantage over your competitions, right here and now. They have only discovered ONE of them!
So straight away if you start to use the other two ways to grow your business..Guess What… You are actually TWO steps ahead of your competition!
So the three ways to grow your business are:
1 – Sell to more clients (something everyone is trying to do!)
2 – Sell MORE often to clients
3 – Sell HIGHER Value to clients
So there you have it!

yes, I think it was Ansoff who came up with a similar concept.
1. Sell existing products in your existing market (market penetration)
2. Sell existing products to new markets (market development)
3. Sell new products to existing market (product development)
4. Sell new products to new markets (bankruptcy)
sorry the last one is really diversification.[}

Good points all round.
Another analogy to use is the quality/quantity of sales argument: (high quality of sales meaning good profit margins)
If you have low quality and low quantity of sales you will be out of business.
If you have low quality but high quantity of sales you might make it.
If you have high quality but low quantity of sales you might make it.
If you have high quality AND high quantity of sales you'll be very successful.

You have to look at the "offer" (what do you give no one else can?). Is anything holding you back? Are you targeting who you need to be?
