I’m involved in an established online classified advertising business and looking to take the business to the next level but required venture capital to do it.

The requirement is to raise £ 375,500 of capital to be used 100% directly for development.

Currently I have had a lot of success in offering shares for equity and have secured support to place shares to the value of £156,950 from 5 private investors (by offering equity at £67 a share) and have further support in the form of a loan for £125,000 under the small firms loan guarantee scheme. The placing has EIS status.

I now need to place the remaining £ 93,550 to meet the financial requirements of the business plan and have exhausted the contacts from within my own circle. I need to make contact with new investors that may be interested in taking a stake in what I believe will become a major player within my sector of the internet.

The investment is likely to be over a minimum of a three year period and the shares would be Class A ordinary with dividends payable. The investment is not for the risk adverse but offers significant return on investment when we reach the business objectives which im confident of. A full shareholders agreement would obviously be drawn up by solicitors.
