Hi All,
I run a recruitment agency in London and at present we have lots of placements to make. However, we seem to be lacking in good quality candidates or people just fail to turn up for interviews.
We have not been running a great deal of time, and this is really starting to frustrate us.
What we are ideally looking for is an Agency that has a high street location that can advertise our jobs in the window, in exchange for the percentage of the fee we charge.
Does anyone know of anything like this or anyone that could be potentially interested in making easy money?
Kind Regards,
Luke Beeston,

Hi, Luke, can I suggest a job board www.redgoldfish.co.uk to feature your jobs - at the moment, they are running a special offer for recruiters and employers - year's unlimited job postings for £695+ VAT instead of £3,000 + VAT that they usually charge for 12 months!!!. That includes job-postings, CV database access, daily alerts to the candidates, your profile and branding displayed, etc for 12 months - much better than a shop window as they get over 500,000 visitors a month - more than any shop window can get. I understand that you need to e-mail them - marketing@redgoldfish.co.uk - they will send you info and you can visit the site.

Luke
I run a recruitment agency. I guess you advertise on your own website, and all the free websites you can including reed.co.uk???
Contact recruitment agencies in your sector within the area and ask them up front. We havent done this however our sector does not warrant this. We have a small advertising budget and take out "special offers" with Jobsite, Totaljobbs, we also contact universities who allow us to advertise for free.
We send out targeted email mailshots to candidates and offer incentives for recommendations for people we place. We also advertise in trade press for our sector.
Hope this helps
