I'm not sure how much I can help on the 'recruitment' side, however I used to work in online recruitment so if you want a steer on which job boards are most cost effective for which markets please let me know.
Kind regards

Hi, Karen,
Can I suggest visiting http://www.rec.uk.com/home for more info on recruitment industry and you will find a lot of recruiters on forum dedicated to them on http://web.ukrecruiter.co.uk/forum/Forum/ They may or may not share some of their experiences with you, but it is worth having a look through the past threads, posts and replies - do your research.
If you need any help with marketing, particularly with telemarketing, contact us as we have a lot of experience working for recruitment industry. This is what we have set up primarily for when company was started and since then expanded, so work with various industries and sectors, but recruiters are still a big chunk of work that we do.
Hope this helps
Anna
