Hi, I am looking into setting up an upmarket sandwich / coffee bar similar to pret a manger. do any forum members have any help or advice on how / where to conduct market research, equipment and also any Ideas you may have on how to be different but still offer products that customers want? what type of products would you buy and for how much? how far would you travel to buy a good quality sandwich / coffee? any help or information will be grateful cheers rick
