OK so ive found the perfect premises for my new business what is the next step concerning the lease im going through the chatered surveyor at the moment do i need to get a solicitor to sort the rest out and what will the costs likely to be as i am on a really tight budget?

I recommand you to type a letter out, asking for a price about a lease of a property and send it to every solicitor by you. And pick out the second lowest. Make sure the solicitor doesn't live too fur away otherwise if you vists you, you will have to pay for that time and his petrol.
