My company has grown out of their managed office space in west london and the lease forces us to stay there for another 6 months, even though we have relocated. 

3 Person office in a prestigous location office / block high street address - all services included - 24 hour access - beautifully furnished etc.( ie not some Portacabin or disused warehouse ). We have agreed with the leaseholder that we can sublet and this will be stictly in  accordance to their rules - excellent transport links.

We are looking at £1k per month not including telephone and IP charges - which is less than 60% of the going rate.
