I am looking for specialist software help but I cannot afford the fees (1000 pounds a day per person) for the people with the skills. I am open to suggestions.

Key Skills are in Semantic Web Technologies, Data Mining, Text Mining, Web Crawling. I am using C#,.NET, SQL SERVER, XML now with RDF, OWL and some other technologies to be used soon (eg ORACLE).

The project is to produce a smart shopping system which is able to intelligently relate products. This could then be licensed to shopping stores and also used directly online.

Please reply if you have some of the core skills I am seeking.
