Do you have to be a start-up? E.g. can you apply during a trial period?

Try your local council and business link. Sometimes they have grants for business startups but at the very least they can offer advice and support.

its difficult to say. different funds appear at different times and have different criteria. your best point of contact is your local business link. i think they also have a database of funds on their website. if anyone wants funding for IT related projects in the northeast of england just send me an email from my site www.3k-design.co.uk
